Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds for prior billing periods.
What does a tune-up include?
Each HVAC tune-up covers a full system inspection: filter check, coil cleaning, refrigerant level check, thermostat calibration, electrical connections, blower motor, condensate drain flush, and a written safety report.
What's included in the plumbing inspection?
We inspect all accessible supply lines, drain lines, and shutoff valves for leaks and corrosion. We check the water heater (temperature, pressure relief valve, sediment), test water pressure, and inspect all toilets and fixtures.
Is there a cap on the repair discount?
The repair discount applies to labor and parts on standard repairs. It does not apply to equipment replacement, new installations, or previously quoted work.
I'm a landlord — how does per-unit pricing work?
Landlord plans are priced per unit per month. During enrollment, you specify how many units you have. Each unit receives the same inspections, priority service, and repair discounts. You can add or remove units anytime.
What's the difference between Home Protection and Total Home?
Home Protection includes 1 HVAC tune-up, diagnostic fee waived, and 15% off repairs. Total Home adds a second HVAC visit, water heater flush, annual camera inspection of your main sewer line, 20% off repairs, and same-day priority service.
